Because Shei Lavish provides personalized services and time-based appointments, all sales are considered final. Client satisfaction is always our priority.

 

Services: All concierge, organization, shopping, and lifestyle services are non-refundable once the appointment has begun or the service is completed. To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to move your session without penalty.

 

Cancellations:

 

  • 24+ hours notice: No fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% service fee
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service amount charged

 

 

Products & Purchases: If Shei Lavish purchases items on your behalf:

 

  • Receipts will be provided
  • Returns allowed only if the store permits
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Any restock fees or return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility

 

 

Membership Plans: Memberships are non-refundable once the month has started. Unused sessions do not roll over but may be rescheduled within the same month if availability allows.

 

Satisfaction Promise: If something wasn’t completed to your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make reasonable adjustments or corrections.
