By booking or using services with Shei Lavish Concierge (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
- We provide personalized concierge, lifestyle, organization, and shopping services.
- All services are delivered based on the appointment time scheduled with the client.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to move appointments without penalty.
- Cancellations:
- 24+ hours notice: No fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% service fee
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full service amount charged
3. Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Prices may vary depending on service type, duration, or third-party purchases.
4. Products & Purchases
- If we purchase items on your behalf, receipts will be provided.
- Returns are allowed only if the retailer’s policy permits, and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Any restock or return shipping fees are the client’s responsibility.
5. Memberships
- Memberships are non-refundable once the month begins.
- Unused sessions do not roll over but may be rescheduled within the same month if availability allows.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for services and deliveries.
- Be available at the scheduled appointment time.
7. Satisfaction & Adjustments
- If a service or purchase does not meet expectations, contact us within 24 hours. Reasonable adjustments or corrections will be made at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Shei Lavish Concierge is not liable for delays, errors, or losses caused by third-party providers, carriers, or retailers.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
- Client information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country]. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
